DID and Telecom Service Terms
DID and Telecom Service Terms
Effective date: 2 October 2026
This policy applies to business telephone numbers (including DIDs), call channels, routing, and carrier-connected services provided with RoboConnect. It supplements the Terms & Conditions and your approved quotation.
1. Number requests and availability
Customers may request a city or number type, but availability, activation time, documentation, and technical features depend on the relevant carrier or number provider. A requested number is not reserved until RoboConnect confirms it in writing. Similar or alternative numbers may be offered if the requested number is unavailable.
2. Assignment and permitted use
A DID is provided for use with the customer’s active service, subject to provider and regulatory conditions. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, the customer does not acquire ownership of the underlying number or numbering resource. The customer must provide accurate business and verification information and use the number lawfully, without misleading caller identification or unauthorized resale, transfer, or sub-assignment.
3. Charges and billing
DID rental, channels, call bundles, usage, setup, and other charges are stated in the approved quotation or invoice. Monthly billing begins on the Setup Delivery Date and follows the billing cycle and payment rules in the Terms & Conditions. A bundle expires on its stated cycle even if service is suspended for non-payment.
4. Service quality and limitations
Number routing, caller ID presentation, reachability, call quality, and availability may depend on carriers, destination networks, customer connectivity, and device configuration. RoboConnect cannot guarantee that every destination network will display caller ID identically or that every number will support every carrier feature.
Unless your written order expressly confirms emergency calling support and describes its limits, do not rely on RoboConnect or a connected dialer as your only way to contact emergency services. Maintain an appropriate alternative calling method.
5. Suspension, release, and portability
Numbers or channels may be suspended, changed, or released if an account is overdue, terminated, used in breach of these terms, or affected by a carrier or legal requirement. On termination, the customer should request any supported portability or number-release process before the service ends. Porting is subject to eligibility, provider cooperation, accurate documentation, and applicable charges; it is not guaranteed. A released number may not be recoverable.
